Hi Giri. As you have posted in the Member Introductions forum, I have moved this thread to the Windows forum so that others may participate more fully.

If you are an administrator you can use Control Panel: User Accounts: Change Password and leave both passwords empty and click Create Password. This will remove the password for the account that you are logged into. Of course, you can't remove other people's passwords.

The question here is, do you know your administrator password? If yes, then you can erase it like Barton suggested. If not then you are trying to get into administrative account without permission.

It is easy! If you are the adminstrator, you can cancel password in User Accounts of Control Panel.But if you are a user, there is no way to remove administrator password.

Run your window in safemode and then try.
I think i ll solve u problem.

We purchased 17 computers (they created them for our senior center) and they created an Administrator's password on each one - now they are not in business any longer and I need to get into the computers. Please tell me how I can delete an Administrator password that was put into it by the company that created and sold the computers to our senior center. I need this information right away!
