how many parts do you have from what I see you have two named nz(parts total) are the one in the same? if so you can write it like this.
=nz(([Parts Total]*nz[SalesTaxRate])*100/100) +nz([Labor Total]+CLng nz[Labor Total]) what this will do is take your parts total and do the sales tax and then add your labor together and then add both pieces together.
I am not all the good with how many () go where and I usually...

How is it displaying, if you have two groups one by order id and one my item id, with a page break between orders ids? it is giving you multiple pages? Are you only viewing one order number?
order ID 123456
Item 1 widget 1.99
Item 2 blue widge 2.49
Do you need to group Item ID or if you want it in order do it by sort AZ. That should keep all your items within your order...Leave a comment:

What I did was link two new tables the ones with the (DSN XXXX), The other linked tables have just a () after them.
When I added the tables and rewrote the queries. They get an ODBC error message and are unable to run them. However, if you have set up in your control panel the odbc the data source dsnop01rtdb02 then you can run them. How do I change the two tables that I linked to be like the ones that were already in the odbc...Leave a comment:

ACCESS Help with System DSN
:confused: I could really use some help
A Access Database was created and put out in a shared drive--so that anyone could run these queries.
I copied the db and made some changes and created a new db by adding two new tables and creating a subquery to run with all the current queries.
My problem is that now no one can use the queries. The run fine on my machine..and a selected few other...
