I have uploaded one txt file from windows to unix.when i am opening the file
in vi editor at the end of every line it is giving ^m char.
can any one tell me what is the procedure to remove ^m char from my txt file.

when ever i am trying to upgrade my ms access97 data base to msaccess 2003.
i am getting this error
Microsoft Access: You don't have the necessary permissions to use the 'DatabasePath\D atabaseName.mdb ' object. Have your system administrator or the person who created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you.
can any one help me. -

refreshing html document
I want to make an html document.
Suppose the name of the html document is anu.html.
What i want is at first it will show "hello anutosh",
and after 5 sec there will be some other information which will be shown by
that very same html called anu.html.
So the refreshment is the main problem.
any one can tell me how can i remove "hello anutosh"... -

can any one please tell me how i can execute a pro*c program in windows
operating system.
Suppose my file name is ab.pc
with proc command it is generating ab.c.Upto this is it fine.
But i do not know how to make ab.exe from that ab.c file.
I have oracle 9i and turbo c installed in my machine. -
