Sql Wildcards Select HAS
Hello, we're having a spam problem where a user spams:
websitename.com
and we blocked that... but now they're spamming like:
w e b sit e.c !! om
w!e!B!s!i!t!e!. !c!o!m
etc....
so how can we select a field that has the following chars:
e i p x w r a x
? no matter how they're displayed.... even like --> epixwrax, e p i x w ! r a x

Php webpages not being displayed
Hello, i'm running a windows server 2003 and i setup a couple websites in it. PHP 5 /MYSQL 5 are installed.
Whenever i try to visit my php pages, they won't work but the html, htm, etc pages do.

Error After Installation <APACHE STARTUP>
Hello, i just installed apache 2.2 on my windows system, everything went well but when i try to start it, it says:
httpd.exe could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 66.187.99.137 for ServerName.
How can i fix that?

Nope, that won't work at all since i am not doing this on a blank php/html page. The info and stuff will be stored in a Database, etc... it's for a core engine and that's how it should be done.

Hello all, ip0.txt contains the *list* of ip's but, the system only takes 1 ip. (if i put in more than 1 ip, it says error)
so, is there anyway i can split the ip's?
00.00.00.000, 00.xx.xx.xxx, etc....
