    It could be the card, or more likely, the driver of the card. Try uninstalling it and anything else you suspect may be causing this. If that fixes it, start bringing them back online until the problem returns, and then you have the problem!

    Have you done a memory test yet? The blue-screen error suggests that this would be either a bad driver that is messing up the memory or that you memory is corrupt.

      Yes i ran a memory test ....The memory passed all the tests

      I wish disabling the networkcard was that easy..... the computer is used for internet access almost 24/7 (despite its problem) LOL!!

        Guess what....i decided to check everything all over again and i found something i missed last time.after opening my pc i noticed that the ram slot was filled with dust, even though i clean it out with a hair dryer. so i removed the ram and recleaned it. now im hopping that this has fixed the problem....keep ing my fingers crossed

          By the way, if that doesn't solve the solution - it's definitely NOT a Windows, Driver or Software Problem. How I know? Well, I installed Linux on that failing machine and guess what? It still crashes!
          I checked, that the ram was fast, but I'll check if there's dust there or loose cables or similar. Maybe it'll help.
