So i try with key by pressing ctl+alt+delete, but there is alert massage showing that your taks manager is disable by Administrator. I dont know what to do. When you created your account, what type of access did you give it? Was it allowed Administrative privilages? That might be your issue.

    Regards,

type "gpedit.msc " in run (no quotes)
      open:
      user config
      admin templates
      system
      ctrl+alt+del options

click remove task manager go into its properties and set it to disabled (cuz i think you got it enabled).

hi budy, sorry to say u again, the problem is still not solve fully. It was working for some time, but when i restart my system, there is an alert message "try to open ur task manager now" . As per ur instruction, i try to gpedit.msc in run, now this is also not open. The window of gpedit.msc is not open. it open few second and close automatically. Then i try to open "mscofig" in run still the same problem, it open for few sec then closed automatically. I thought there is a virus, so i format my C: Drive and install new OS, still the same problem is showing. Please help me .. thanks u

Download "windows xp security console" from link below :
            LINK

Windows XP security console is an alternative to Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) shipped in Windows XP Professional (not shipped with windows home versions).

Unzip the zip file and open the exe file (PROBABLY xp_secconsole.e xe) in unzipped folder.

In the left pane, click on [System Security] option. In the right pane uncheck the [Disable Task Manager] option.
            This will solve your problem.
