    Hi :)
I'm experiencing "little" problems when trying to convert two-column word document with some tables into a html code. The whole formating goes away, please help!!
    Thanks in advance :)

What are you using to convert it?

She's probably trying to save it as a html document. Word is the world's worst html editor.

Here's the problem- I have a document in Word and need to convert it to html code (for a plain text everything's fine, but my document has stupid tables :P). After adding some additional info in this html-document I have to convert it into a pdf-file (and that pdf must look exactly like the "original" Word-document). I've tryed different maners hoping to acheve my goal- but wihtout any normal results.
          :)

is the html-step really needed? you could just open the word-doc with openOffice as suggested and create a pdf from there ...

            kind regards

                The html-step is needed...
I have to insert additional info in the "original" file, then I have to make the complete document visible with an internet browser, and then to make it into a pdf-file for downloading. I have no problems with standart Word documents but this one with a 2-column page with tables in them really discouraged me :P

                Thanks a lot!

Hey, I googled your little problem
I haven't actually used this, but try it. It looks like it might work.

it is better to use specialised software for HTML editing, but not a converter
