Excel Spreadsheet won't load

I have a problem with excel, i cant seem to open the worksheet i am working on, and the file name is not appearing on the top bar, and all cells are blank, but the macros have appeared

well, this is a VERY common occurring problem by users..
the thing is, you forgot to SAVE the Spreadsheet


yes, i think you lost all of your work..
sorry about that..
and the reason the Macros are appearing is because, you told Excel to have them in EVERY new excel document unless you delete them..
