is there anyway embedding excel or .csv files to the webpage other than the folowing two options

. saving it as a webpage
. using google docs

i used the following code, iam getting the .csv file in the page, but it would be good to have the color formatting, bold, italics... also in the webpage.

is it possible?

I want to use WebClient in C++ in order to copy source from a webpage and save it into a text file. How do I do that? I have never used WebClient before.

I am having difficulty here. Our company has website already built few years back. Now they want me to add one tab (webpage) i guess to their existing website and link SQL database to that with login information.

Is this possible? As I am new to website part?..

Hi..i am using a software called webpage maker to build a site now here is my problem i selected an image for background (which i uploaded in phorobucket)..t he image is like below..





i selected this as background image in software and after tiling in webpage maker the whole background looks like this...




But when i preview this on browser it looks like this..
