You can manually edit the registry from the command prompt: regedit.exe.

What i could figure out is that you need to link a falsh file (.swf). I dont know much about flash, consulted with a friend and only know that you need to craete a .fla file for this which will contain the complete flash animation and the coding part can be done through get url option in which you can embedd the url link of the particular site.

Hey you can also give a try to ntfs data recovery software. The software is available for FREE demo download.
Run it and see whether your files can be restored or not, if yes then you can further move on to purchase full version of the software. It uses two scan methods: Standard scan and Advance Scan which scans complete drive and recovers data back.
