hey, try doing this.
Load the workbook that contains your conditional formatting.
Save the workbook as an HTML file. (Press F12, specify the HTML format, and give the workbook a different name.)
Restart Excel.
Load into Excel the HTML file you saved in step 2.
Save the workbook as an Excel workbook.

I faced a similar issue. I installed the earlier OS via a flash drive.
You can find link for the OS online or get it from a friend, download the earlier version upload it on a flash drive. It can get a bit tricky if you do not know how to do it. sometimes restarting the system also solves the issue.Leave a comment:
