You are right, the reports were made on a computer with a different default printer to the one being used in reality.

I have since tried printing on a Lexmark Laser printer (unsure of model number) and all reports printed fine.

The printer I need to use however is a Xerox 5745 photocopier. This supports USB printing but you have to choose a driver. I have Generic PPD, PCL, PCL6 or...

Hi, I'm having trouble printing access reports.

I have several reports setup with letter templates on them.
I also have a subreport on each with a letter head (company logo and address details).

Certain reports print normally all correctly formatted and looking dandy...yet others print just the logo from the letter head in the correct position (at lower quality) with the address details (from the same subreport)...
