There is no error, it exports it when the macro is run . But whenever i eidt the form it will not export or re-write the table on the excel file. -
How can i re-write the excel file when exporting an access table
Hello,
I do have an access form called T4, which is exported to an excel file, where i do have complex formulas and calculations.
I would some assistance in exporting the table to excel. I cannot re-write the excel file every time the form is edited. When i execute the macro to export them to excel, it gives an error.

I fixed those, now i am able to enter the data normal, but transferspreads heet is not working. Only the outputto macro is working.
When i was using the transferspreads heet option, i had a formula in the excel file, which was calculating me the totals of the fields. With the outputto option, it wont save my formulas, it is re-writing all the file kind of.
Is it possible also to have each tab into different sheets in the excel file?Leave a comment:

Yes Neo, that what i have done actually. I had the 3 forms with a macros in it. But later decided to have one form with tabs instead of having 3 forms.
I copied the other 3 forms from design view and pasted them in the tab...Leave a comment:

Error with Tabs in Access form
Hello,
I have an issue with Access tabs which i cannot fix it.
Before, I had 3 separate forms A, B, C. I tried to create another form where i wanted to create Tabs and copy the other 3 forms in the tabs.
After i did so, it is not allowing me to write in the fields. And the the bottom displaying this message (Control cannot be edited, its' bound to unknown field...)
Can anyone tell me what i am doing... -
Let me try to explain a little bit more to create of sense.
I have created tables and forms...One of the forms that i have is called INTRODUCTION (where the taxpayer is entering their infos in the fields like firstname, last name, SIN, date of birth etc...
i was able to create a macro to export this form into a excel spreadsheet.
