Need more info. Does the calc value show up in a report, a form or are you trying to store it in the table?

the syntax is just =firstfield/secondfield as the source for a control. If you want to store it on a form its:
    Me!ResultContro l = Me!firstControl/Me!SecondContro l

    hope that helps.

  • I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying you need the id so that you can filter the second form or that you just want to display it?

To filter it you can add a reference to the underlying record source query that uses the student id from the first form. If you just want to display it you can add a text box control use that to reference the id.

Either way its Forms!formnameo ffirstfirm!name ofIdControl

Using PDFClass need to concatenate reports

    Hi

I've downloaded the PDFClass library from ACG PDF and used their script to export a report to a pdf file. That was great. However what I really need to do for more than one client is take multiple pdf files generated from access and concatenate them into one pdf file.

I was hoping that script would be availabe on the ACG site but I can't find it and they have no support number.

    Does anyone know how...
