I have validated the HTML and the CSS...still the same. If I run the file on a local machine it looks correct, if I put those files on a network share, it looks like image Awful.jpg....

Good morning everyone! I have an issue that has been dogging my project for a few months. We have created an internal technology guide for finding workflow resources in our Architecture firm.

If I view the page from Chrome or FF it displays fine. On my development laptop IE displays fine. If i place the html file and the css on a thumbdrive and open the html, it displays fine in IE, Chrome, and FF. When I put it on the network share...
