How to convert int to datetime in c#?

I have two value, start and end. It stored in database. For example,
float start = 1316742254435;
float end = 1316742302359;

So how can I convert it into datetime and then time difference?

how to set parameter in crystal report?

I have create a web page where user enter two date and the report will all required data in the report which are in between two date. It works properly.

I want to show two dates entered by the user in report header. How can I do it?

How to publish ASP.net website in IIS?

I have placed all the pages in a folder named UI.Home page is placed in UI folder.Reports in report folder.When I publish the website in iis and run it then error message is "Can't find resources."
It may be error on publishing. So please tell me step by step process to publish an asp.net website.
version 3.5
