PLEASE HELP!!!

I am trying to refresh the data part only in my web page so that the pictures and the borders all stay. The refresh rate will need to be every 5 seconds so you can see that curently the page will refresh before the data is shown properly. I am very new to programming so any help would be appreciated!!
