The <div id="main"> is currently and always on the center even if you add the <div id="adv">, so what exactly you want to do? I don't see it moving to the right.Leave a comment:

Take a look on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_HTML_editors and http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2008...tors-reviewed/
Short options may include:
Aptana
Kmodo Edit
CodeLobster
Notepad++
PSPad
but if you have extra money, just go with Dreamweaver.Leave a comment:

Option 1:
I would recommend Paul Irish' IE Conditional Comments but take note it's only for IE.
Option 2:
Use CSS Hacks - lacks some browser targeting but IE's the only headache, no?
Option 3:
Use CSS Browser Selector - you can target almost all browser including its version and even OS. But useless if the user turn off JavaScript. In that case, you can use PHP CSS Browser Selector.Leave a comment:

Try JavaScript or PHP but it depends on what programming language your site was written. It also depends what date you want to output: the date on the visitors' computer or your server date or maybe a date for a certain timezone.
Is it pure HTML/CSS? If so, just go with the JavaScript option which displays visitors' computer date.Leave a comment:
