Hello I am creating a membership based website that includes a internet forum.
I know that I want to use PHPBB software for the forum, but do I need to download a Content Management Software program as well?

I answered my own question.
I just had the browser window smaller.
This really feels like a "did you check if the machine is on?" moments -
Why does a link in my navigation bar suddenly align to the left?
Hello I am new to web designing and I recently created a website.
I am having trouble with the navigation bar.
For some reason when I click on my Welcome page the links appear fine...however when I click on my resources page the "Sign up/In" link is now located under the home link.

I thought I would be able to eliminate this problem and others by doing a frameset only...
