Sorry it's kinda hard to phrase what I'm trying to do. I'll try it again...
I have a table with text data in it and I would like to make it so that in individual records in a form you would be able to check those things. The problem I am running into is that the checks stay the same for each person/record rather than being linked to an individual record.

Check boxes linking to multiple tables and forms
I am trying to link a static table ( and use the yes/no check box feature for those fields) into a form that provides info to another table. Is this possible or even realistic? I know that access doesn't particularly like the checkbox features, but they are really needed in this form. Thanks for all help!
