Check boxes linking to multiple tables and forms

I am trying to link a static table ( and use the yes/no check box feature for those fields) into a form that provides info to another table. Is this possible or even realistic? I know that access doesn't particularly like the checkbox features, but they are really needed in this form. Thanks for all help!

I'm not sure I understand. If you have a yes/no field in the static table, you can represent it with a checkbox control on your form.

Click the checkbox control on the control toolbox and drag the yes/no field from the field list onto your form.

Did you want to do something else?

Sorry it's kinda hard to phrase what I'm trying to do. I'll try it again...

I have a table with text data in it and I would like to make it so that in individual records in a form you would be able to check those things. The problem I am running into is that the checks stay the same for each person/record rather than being linked to an individual record.

        Does that help at all?

OK Whitney. Tell me if this makes sense to you :
It sounds to me as if you have some controls set up that are not bound to the underlying record source (Probably a table). Does this sound like it may be your problem?
