        Annoying IE 7 Display problem

        Hello,

        I am having an annoying issue with Internet Explorer Period. My website shows perfectly on all other browsers except for IE. Any suggestions/ideas will be appreciated. Basically the problem is that on the top of the screen there is a little bit of space which is not supposed to be there. That is causing the layout to look messed up.
