my task bar does not show the icons like charging status,sound,an tivirus etc icons.
even when i manually, from the control panel place the icons on the task bar but after restart again its invisible from the task bar.
O S- windows xp sp3

Why some of my task bar items are not showing?
OS- WINDOWS XP SP3
some of my task-bar items are not being shown
don know why
even i have restarted my system many times then also it is giving problem
recently i updated my windows and since then i m getting this problem
icons like power,sound,ant ivirus etc are not being shown
when i manually do it, then it shows but after restart its again the same -
i did what u recommended but the problem is still not fixed. -
windows shut down problem
my system is not shutting down.i wait for it to shut down for about 30 minutes but it didn't. at last i have to directly shut it down by power off button. this problem is always repeated. i have scanned the whole system but it still persists
please tell what to do.

windows error
when i start my system then before the welcome screen appears i get an error message with a title showing " windows script host" and the error message is- can not find script file "c:\windows\sys tem32\cleanviru s.vbs"
what should i do to remove this error message.... -

i tried avg but it was also unable to delete it. isn't there any manul way of removing it. it has badly affected the system. drives have became autoplay.Leave a comment:

my system has got infected by autorun.inf virus and i m using avast antivirus which is not able to catch the virus .so can u tell me any such method to manually delete the virus. -
hidden folders are not being displayed

sir the hidden folders in the system sre not being displayed.
earlier the folder option was also not coming but i read your reply to one of the same problem so i corrected it but now the hidden folders are not being displayed.
i m using windows xp service pack 2
