    VB.Net 2005 EEd - Install Path?

    I am using VB.net 2005 express edition.
    I cannot choose where my applications are to be installed...
    They install in some location like
    C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Apps\2 .0

    Is there a way to choose where the application is installed?


    Also the {program_name}. exe.config.xml (app.config) in that folder reveals my connection string that i am using to connect to a PASSWORD PROTECTED...

      I had tried your suggestion before... but when you add control at run-time you cant directly refer to it using its name... The application wont compile...

      I havent used tabs in my applications yet..
      But you can find a richtextbox in your form by using the following method...
