    connecting to internet from Virtual PC

    I have installed Virtual PC on my laptop and installed windows server 2003 on this Virtual PC.
    Now when I am trying to connect to internet from the virtual PC, I am getting error message
    "Internet explorer could not open search page"

    When I check network connection in Virtual PC , I see message "Windows can not find any networks"

    How can I connect to internet from Virtual PC ?

      I am getting following message while trying to install active directory.

      "the wizard has detected there are no valid ip addresses assigned to any of the network adapters for this computer"

      Do I need to be connected to internet to install active directory ?

        Different encodings available in yahoo mail ?

        When I see a received mail, I see a list of encodings in the drop down meny at the bottom right hand side of the screen besides "headers"

        Whats these encodings for ? How can I use it ? When I write a new mail,. I dont get this option. So how to use this encoding option ? Is it for incoming mail only ? When shall I use this encoding ?

          How do DOM objects get loaded ?
          document, window, textarea, object etc ?
          If I want to use java objects, I need to install jdk and import java classes in a program. But I dont install any development kit for HTML or DOM objects , nor do I import any HTML or DOM classes. So how do these objects become available for use in html page ? How do they get installed and how do they become available for use in html page ?

            I am confused with term STACK.
            Where is stack created ? Is it created in procesor or RAM ?
            Is it created by the programming language or is ot a part of OS
            ? If there are more than one applications running at a time, does it mean that there will be more than one stacks ?
            Are there different kinds of stack (I read "call stack"), if yes which ones ?
