I have a CHM file, which when decompiled, I find that it has no MAP section. How to open Help for a specific topic using HTML file instead of numeric ID in such case?

I found that the system in which our application was running had undergone a hard reboot and the database got corrupted. This was the reason why the application was not able to establish SQL connection with the specified database. However this particular SQL message is generic and does not address a particular issue.

We are using SQL Server 2005 Express Edition. It has been observed that sometimes our application crashes and from the logs recovered the following sql exception was found. "Cannot open database requested in login 'teachdb'. Login fails.' ". Though the behavior is sporadic, it is critical for us. Restarting SQL Server some times help, but we cannot expect the client to do so since it would impact other applications running.
