Problem:
Iam uploading data from various excel.The problem is with the date format only while uploading the date format changing as
Date format in access dd/mmm/yyyy
while uploading date changes like
01/07/2008 (dd/mm/yyyy) - 07/01/2008
after 12 th date its working fine

Iam using vb6.0,excel 2003 and access , by vb6.0 iam retrieve the data from excel and store it in the msaccess 2003.
the problem is i need to upload about 20000 or above it take about 10 min and more.User asking me to reduce the time .

My user will upload a excel file in to an access 2003 database, the problem is date format for that i used the split function to split the date from the excel.
The problem is in the split function i specified the delimiter as "/" but some user uses "-" at the time iam getting an error subscript out of range
If i able to find the system date delimiter ill replace that.,
