    Flyout menus

    Does anyone Know how to create a flyout menu In html or CSS. Id even take a DIV statment, I can make a drop down menu but the flyouts are easyier for the eyes as well as appealling.

      This is one of the typs of dropdowns I Wanted. and works great but I was also needing to know How do I make one like at the top of this page. When scrollbar highlights forums or articles the links popdown.
