This usually happens when MSACCESS does not think it has a printer, the default printer is either a network printer or local printer with a problem, at least from MS Office's point of view ;). Try changing you default printer to a LOCAL (not networked) printer that is available. Microsoft XPS Document Writer, Microsoft Office Document Image Writer or PDF writer (Adobe or CutePDF Writer) all usually work.
