how to send two reports in one email via DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport,
i currently send a report to a reciepient using the Docmd.Sendobjec t acSendReport which works really well - now my customer wants two reports sent in the same email..
Any thoughts??? -

Changing Field type from Text to Memo in Linked Table.
I need to change the field type in a linked table from Text to Memo.
Any thoughts? -
My Biggest concern is that the [Surname] appears ok on the Output.
It wouldn't look that great if you got a Quotation with Dear Mr O''Dwyer....
the other thing is that this is a searchable or limitable field with a form asking for a Surname or ConsultID to limit the output.Leave a comment:

Queries affected by fields with ' in words - Ie: O'Dwyer
I have a project that seems to bomb out when there is a ' in the Surname field.
Reporting
Syntax Error (missing operator) in query expresion '[Surname] = 'O'Dwyer' and [ConsultID]= 16477'
I have query where the string includes a Field [Surname] which i have included as "[Surname] = '" & [Surname] & "'.....
Now its bitting me in the backside when a name includes another '... -

How do I force the inclusion of leading zero's?
I want to combine two numeric fields the first is the Consultation Reference (CR) the second is the Quotation Number (QN) - I want to display the two combined as a ten digit block - the first 8 being the CR the last two being the QN so the format should appear as ccccccccqq eg 0001482301 would be the first Quotation for Consultation 14823 the problem is I can't work out how to force the include of leading zero's for each feild set. -

I had taken on a project that was in hinde site beyond my abilities and has blown so far out of the original projected timeframe as a result. During which time I have attempted twice to bring onboard external support - and twice I've spent valuable time bringing these people up to speed.

I sort of came to my own version of this same process by setting the variable to a known Variable date of 1/1/2000 and as you indicated I check against that.

Is It possible to anchor thr Report Footer to the bottom of the page?
I have a report (a quotation) which has included in the Report Footer a copy of "terms and Conditions" and a bank deposit slip - With the aim the customer can take the quote to the bank and make a deposit over the bank counter.
The Deposit Slip needs to remain at the bottom of the page so that its easy for the bank to remove the deposit slip component.
As I have subForms in the middle of the report with CanGrow... -
Hiding fields in subform on report
I have a frm_PrintQuote that launches rpt_Quotation
rpt_Quotation includes a subform frm_QuoteParts
frm_QuoteParts has a field SubPrice
On the frm_PrintQuote I have a check box that indicates the .Visible for SubPrice fields - I have in the OnOpen for the frm_QuoteParts a SubPrice.visibl e = [Forms]![frm_PrintQuote]![CheckBox]
This works when I open just the frm_QuoteParts but it does not work when I open... -

Issues in Building a Report with multiple subforms
I need to make a quotation report which will need to bring in different subForms/Reports. The problem I have is that if the content of the subform is longer that the area allocated it truncates the rest of the SubReport, or if its shorter it leaves a whopping great white space between Sub components.
I have....
tbl-QuoteDetails - this holds the details for the customer - Quote#, name, address etc
tbl-Quoteparts...
