SBS2003 Server Management/Backup Reports Insufficient Permissions

When trying to View the Backup Log through the Server Management interface when logged in as Administrator, the screen reports the following error.
"You do not have the correct permissions to view this page. For more information contact your system administrator.

To view this page, you must be a member of the Domain Admins security group."

I have checked the permissions in Active Directory Manager and it is a member of the group.

I am also not able to reduce the backup by excluding folders because it reports a lot of Folders as having to be required for system restoration - some that I know have nothing to do with the system.

How does one actually delete a submission? I note that the Button says Edit/Delete but there doesnt appear to be an area where I can kill these mistakes.

Have to Admit - No... but being a live server for an organisation with staff interstate can be a bit of an issue to manage..
