thanks. the code WAS fine. i had defined the site in a root folder and the location paths were not the correst ones and so they did not display. so i just slaughtered the root folder and that did the trick. i really appreciate your help though. regards.... -

Weird problem with background-repeat:repeat-y;
Hey everyone,
I am havin a problem here, maybe someone could lend me their mind for a second. Here it is:
I am using a repeat background on a y axis. When I am testing the file from my desktop...it is fine but when I put the file on my server to test it there...the content is being diplayed but not the background...an y ideas? Here's the css:

swap image acting bonkers in ie7
hello there everybody,
I am having problems with this code (or it could be the javascript associated with it) in ie7. Everything is peachy in Firefox so i'm assuming that ie7 is at fault here. The rollovers work as they should but when a link is clicked on and then rolled off of...some wierd display issues happen....im sorry i can't really explain it differently. i was just wondering if there was anyone who could take a look and let... -

Text not obeying width given.
Hey, I don't know what going on here...but the text in this div is running outside of the width I've given the div. Can someone PLEASE help me.

Refreshing flash
I am using an XML document to display data in flash. I have the swf embedded in html but I now realize that this won't work. You see the xml data needs to be updated every few minutes. Does anyone know of a simple way to refresh the swf so that it can read from the updated XML and display accordingly in the browser ? -

Hello, I am not an expert by any means. I need help. I am making a photogallery in flash and loading an xml file to bring in the images. I also have a caption loading into a dynamic text box. I would like that caption to link to URL's. I've tried everything but nothing is working. I do have an idea though. I would like to make it so that when the next or the previous button is clicked, the dynamic text box loads a button that links to the URL that... -
I have the same problem. I am making a photogallery in Flash and using an XML file to hold the image adresses. I want to have the images clickable so that an external URL can be reached.
