I have accidentally deleted the switchboard of the database that I had created. The switchboard form doesn't appear when I click on the Forms section in Access. But heres the deal, when I click the Tools>Database Utilities> Switchboard Manager, the contents of the switch board show up with all the changes . It also allows me to make the changes. I would like to know is there any way to retrieve the switchboard form in the Forms...

I have a Combobox which has a table as its row source. I want to be able
to choose from this Combobox (which has approximately 100 records) and
have this value entered into another table (it currently has a field
from this table as its control source but this doesn't seem to help). I
am also having problems with retaining the value on the form - if I go
back through the records on the form...
