There is a vertical gap (assumable 3px) between the MENU & CONTENT and MENU & HEADER. The layout shows perfectly in IE7 / FF2 etc. Just IE6 remains a problem. 
So I am stuck... Been reading about the 3px problem, but somehow this does not work for me, as I am NOT using <P> or any images either. Also tried to set a negative margin or padding, does...

 Ok... I got a little bit further now, with help of Javascript.

 Key was that I had to use fixed heights for all DIV's. Now I still set it to 100%, but adjust it later on with javascript, to make all boxes same height. If this can be differently, please let me know!
 
 Last problem I have, was that within the content DIV, the purple one, I had to use a sub DIV with...
