i know that you can convert wml(=xml) to html with the right commands through xsl transformations . can anyone please help me out?such the enviroment i have to use or the right commands?

How can I convert/translate/encode/decode wap pages to web pages?Is there any software that can do that?Or i have to change a parameter on my mobile?

Some people say that it's possible to visit web pages via mobile phone but with the right software on your PC or by changing a parameter on your mobile phone such as the conectivity menu or web menu, it appears at your network system that you use a wap <<port>> and you are visiting a wap page,which has lower cost.
Could anyone help me out?
