Hi All
I want to have a link inside the subject attribute in the mailTo function. Is there any way to do this? I tried the following:
<a href="mailto:sa mple@sample.com ?&Body=<a href="www.googl e.com">Google</a>">Click Here</a>
But it didnt work.
Any suggestions in this regard?
Thanks in advance

Links inside MailTo subject

Hi
Whenever you declare a variable it becomes accessible across a class. I dont think you can have a static variable for methods. You can use local variables for methods that live only inside the method. I assume that is what you are meaning by static local methods.

Hello drhowarddrfine
Thanks a lot for this. Just let me know if you find it for the trademark symbol.
Also do you have any idea about how to handle foreign characters??
Any help would be most welcome.
Thanks

Hi
The problem i am facing is that the mailto syntax does not suppory "&" or "#". Thats causing the problem for me. I got it for "&" as "%26". And am trying to get it for characters like "#" and the trademark symbol. Kindly let me know if you come across any of these.
Thanks

Special Characters in mailto
Hello Everyone
Is it possible to have special characters in the mailto syntax?
I was able to add the "&" by using %26 but now I am stuck with "#" and the trademark symbol.
Can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance
