Why is my cursor going slow.

I am not a fast typist but my cursor isn't keeping up with my typing.

What program are you using? what OS? You can try reinstalling the typing program. Does this just happen on this program or others too? Run task manager (hit ctrl+alt+delete and select task manager) Go to the processes tab and have it sort by cpu% (click on the cpu column) and then start typing and see if anything is hogging your cpu. When did this start happening? how much free harddrive space do you have? Try to clean out your pc, by deleting temp files, run spyware/malware remover, a registry checker, uninstall/free up HD space if your low, and defrag your harddrive.

Go to Control Panel (Switched to classic view)-> Mouse-> Select tab "pointer options" and customize your experience.
