    Tray icon Problem of windows media player 10

    Hi all,
    Recently I installed " Windows Media Bonus Pack for Windows XP " to get tray icon for windows media player 10 in system tray .

    But I couldn't find any tray icon option in this bonus pack. But im sure that this option installed because i found this in "Change or Remove programs" Option.

    But I couldn't see any tray icon.
    Please help me.

      upgrade to 11, it has the function of loading the controls into the taskbar

          well, in some cases he might NOT be able to upgrade.. (it requires atleast WinXP SP2) you only need SP1 for V10..

          but back to topic....
          just click on:
          the little button that has an ARROW pointed < (it is located on the Right hand side most likely)

              Hi coolgames,
              Which little button , I didn't found any little button has arrow pointed.
              And my windows is WinXp sp2 Pack.

              And epots9 thankyou for suggetion, but Im unable to upgrade 11. Because when im trying to upgrade 11, it is asked me to Validate my windows copy.

                  You should validate. If you can not, I'm not sure that we can continue to provide your technical support. I'll have to check this issue with the Admin team.

                      well, you SHOULD validate the PC because, that determines if your copy of Windows is "Genuine" or not.. (nothing bad or anyting)

                      i mean this is like a little tool to help microsoft from "Pirated" copy's of Windows...

                      ya, then i guess you should upgrade to 11...


                      and back to the button:

                      as per me, there is a Little button for the bar to appear...
                      i am sorry i can't be more specific than "<"

                          Thank Your suggetion , my problem is solved.
                          I am enable this icon from the program folder wheris this program installed.
                          There i found a option to enable to this tray icon.
