This is now in my control panel & I have no idea how it got there. Is it something that was loaded as an update when I run Windows Updates? I'm not clear on what it actually does for me. I'm running Windows XP
Moved from the Articles section. It's an easy mistake to make (site design team is working to improve this), but it takes a while for it to be discovered.
