    Split a video file?

    Hi

    I've a video written to a DVD and I want to split it ans save it to CD

    Is it possible?

    Yes, it is possible. Do you have MS Movie Maker installed?

      If its the original dvd you don't even have to split it, simply rip it from the dvd in dvx quality and it should let you chose the quality and size so that you can fit it on the 700 mb cd but if you still want to split it you can also rip the dvd and save the actual avi file (which will be pretty big but much better quality) and then use a program such as movie maker (which is not that great) or Nero or Roxio to split the movie and then burn it onto cds.

        I've had BIG problems with Roxio. We decided on Pinnacle.

          I'll try it with Nero coz video maker not available on any of the computers on which i'm working...
