How to register a VB6 DLL or OCX in Vista

Hi,
I have developed several dlls and ocx in VB6. But when I try to register them on Vista OS using regsvr32 it generates error. How can I do this?

64 or 32? Why? Are you not using an installation package like the PDW, Windows installer 1.1, inno, wise, or other?
