Using VB6 to control Mobile devices...

Hi all,
I have a project in my university in which we are making a mobile device, actually the device seems to be imaginary but we are doing work on it...
Our device will jam mobiles, all radio frequencies, all radio, electromegnativ e waves, car bike engines, computers, and digital devices and we can record and recieve calls and messages which are recieved or made in our device's range and we can also make calls and send sms for free using mobile frequency and we want to controll this device through a PC.
And we want to make the software on VB6. Now the problem is that how can send signals so that we can turn on or off features of our device. How can we recieve binary data using vb6.

Our device is 35% complete and now we want to create software for it. So please help us in such case.....

I have read a lot of books about this but i found all examples in C/C++ but we dont want to use C/C++.

how are these devices made. and how will they work.
i think you will need to create your own driver to control them

This device is a mobile type device. We need to just turn on and off it using software. We are using transistors for switching and logic gates for multiswitching mode. Its like we control our motherboard's cdrom and harddisk switching. As you have seen we can open and close cd tray and can turn harddisk on and off our device will work same as the HDD and CD ROM are controlled by Windows......
