    No Permission To Insert Objects

    Hi,
    I am Anthony.
As I am unable to use certain controls I removed the whole of Visual Studio and reinstalled.
Still I could not access a few.
When I choose Insertable Objects under Projects I am denied the permission even though I am the Admin.
What should I do to get working with these things?

some times the controls themself are invalid...do you get a message which states something to do with a registry key? or path

Try to check if you're working on a read-only property.

      Have a nice day!

I have seen these kind of problems on many other forums.
Sometimes you don't find controls in your components list.
The real problem sometimes might be your harddisk.
Viruses may affect your harddisk & the os might get corrupted.
Reformat the hdd and reinstall the os.
I am sure you can do everything with your VB.
          Try this!
          All the best to you.
