Is Visual Basic compatible with Windows Vista?

    Hi,
I'm told that visual basic is not supported under Windows Vista. Can anyone tell me more?

        Hi
I have visual studio 2006 and visual basic 6.0 seems to work fine on my vista os
May be your Vista installation or some drivers are missing. Reinstall Vista by
        Original Pack only. Thanks

          Read this:

Looks like you can still have fun with your VB 6 :-)

im a student n its true that visual basic is not compatible with vista home edition ( i have genuine software) besides i tried doing almost everything i could to run visual basic on it (don't want to partition my disk to install winxp juz for the sake of running vb). it did install but wudn't give output and have a dialog box displayed stating , " it has known compatibility problem"
