database not support arabic language

i have proplem in server database we need to change the db collation to Arabic_CI_AS but we are getting error .cannot be set to Arabic_CS_AS. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 5075)
please support me

Did you drop all objects that are dependent to the collation?
