Are you trying to convert it for consumption or just trying to sort it? If your values are 101.10, 101.11 and 101.2, how do you want your output to look like?

Simply put, they are absent when they are absent. However, if they are absent for, at least, four consecutive weeks, they are marked dropped out from the first week they are absent to the day prior they return.
Can you confirm that?

Can you change your sample data and tell us which WeekNum the person will be considered a DROP OUT? Your sample data does not have a month that's all absent. It all has at least 1 week present.

Create a new columns for your need so you don't disturb other processes that access the existing columns then just do a simple update statement. The query, as is, ran ok with in my query window. Although I have to replace the function with getdate() so it doesn't return any error. Unless your function refers to the column showing in the error message, then that could be what's offending your code.
I tried to recreate the query without a subquery. I'm not sure if this is what you need but it would go something like this:

I don't see anything either. Can you run the subquery on its own and will it give you the same error? If you can give us the DDL of both tables, we might be able to recreate the issue and might be able to assist more.
You might be able to avoid subquery either to speed up your process. It looks like INNER joins and a NOT EXISTS where clause will do. Will not be able to completely confirm without additional details.

I was trying to recreate the issue that you're having but I am returning the expected results, with CONCAT_NULL_YIE LDS_NULL both set to ON and OFF. Have you tried to remove the "+" sign and just include the space in the concat function?

You generate the session ID on the home page. It is then pass through from one page to the other. I do it the old fashion way. Generate my own Session ID with the user IP, date and time of connection and a newid(). You can pass it from one page to another then do a check to the server if you want the connection to proceed ie. force timeout. I only do it for intranet, though. Users might not want to see I'm grabbing their IP, even if we all know it's actually happening every time you open a page :)

For SQL Server, I am sure there are a number of third party application that will do these types of maintenance that you are trying to do.
You can always create a job that backup your database in a given time or a given frequency, either full or incremental backup.
