    Heya, venkat1853. Welcome to TSDN!

I have moved your thread from the articles section to the regular forum, and I changed your thread title to be more meaningful so that you might get some better responses.

Depending on the position for which you are applying, you might expect different things.

For example, if you were going to interview for a heavy-duty PHP lead or sr. developer position, you'd probably find this article to be useful.

      Hi
I can give you one suggestion, The personality is always having more weightage than technical knowledge in the most of the interviews.

No offense, but personality, like money, is not everything. If you don't know your stuff (technically that is), you aren't going to be employed long. At my present job I sat in a room with 5 people, grilling me to make sure I knew my stuff. Believe me, personality had nothing to do with it.

I am not saying personality isn't important, but so are first impressions. You don't go slamming your present or past employers. You just go to the interview, relax and answer the questions as they come.

          Regards,

          Jeff
