Reg Windows Master Linux Slave

Dear All,
I have two postgreSQL server one is windows another one is linux.My clients making data entry in windows server this all the data want to replicat in linux postgreSQL server every hour.How i can do this concept in postgreSQL.Pls advice me.Advance thanks to all.

Just do replication with Slony-I and pgagent for scheduling;

thanks for ur relpy.I can't instal Slony-I 1.2.12 on my windows XP laptop showing error Module C:\Program Files\PostgreSQ L\8.1\lib\sleve nt.dll failed to register.HRESUL T-2147023898.Cont act your personal like this.How resolve this error and after instal the Slony-I.How to make the settings for replication can u send brief mail.Pls help me.Advance thanks.

I didn't install slony under widnows but after searching via google i found this
