Gmail SMTP Limit

Hi guys i am working on a project in codeigniter and i have configured a gmail account to send emails from that application.

Now what i want to ask is that gmail has its own limit for sending emails, i have a story to work on in which i have to send email burst to all members, just like any announcement, promotion or new feature, now if i select to send a single email by adding all the members in the BCC, and there are 1000 members and i assume that before sending this email burst i had 1000 emails quota left, what would be the resultant for the quota limit after sending the email burst
