E_ALL whats happened with error warnings and messages?

i've just upgrated to the newest version of php and apache
instead of error messages(for debuging) i see only error 500 page

i tried to change php.ini but i dont thing thats make any difference
the sam about httpd.conf

any idea how to change it?

not sure. what are the results of your phpinfo function, and which version numbers of apache and php are you using

i solve it :D i dont know how but i did it:-)
i downloaded it again restarted :-) and i am happy now
not sure what was wrong with previews instalation :/

The most common cause of 500 server errors is permissions. Second place is misspellings in .htaccess files.
